Vee is the welcoming face of Akehurst Landscape Service, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and warmth to her role as receptionist. Although, born and raised in Texas, Vee has also lived in Mexico, Alaska, and now calls Maryland home. Her diverse experiences have shaped her into a thoughtful communicator with a passion for people and a strong sense of global awareness, especially in the realm of human rights.

Vee holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. She is currently expanding her skillset through online coursework in CAD and coding software while preparing for the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) licensure exam. Known for her sharp problem-solving skills and aptitude for math, Vee is as comfortable solving technical challenges as she is greeting clients with a smile.

Outside of work, she enjoys building LEGO sets, collecting comic books, and seeking out mountain destinations for her next adventure. Her curiosity, intelligence, and dedication to continuous learning make her a valued member of the Akehurst team.
