With over 35 years of unwavering dedication, Tom Beishl is the longest-tenured manager at Akehurst Landscape Service. A true cornerstone of the company, Tom has built his career on hard work, reliability, and a quiet commitment to excellence. A Baltimore native, accent and all, he’s known for his no-nonsense approach and determination to see every job through to completion.

Tom’s work ethic is matched only by his passion for gardening. When he’s not managing crews and projects at Akehurst, he’s pouring the same precision and care into his own home landscape. His yard and vegetable garden are a personal masterpiece, meticulously maintained and bountiful enough to feed his family throughout the year.

A devoted husband and father, Tom leads by example both at home and on the job. Though he’s a man of few words, his actions speak volumes. He’s also a loyal supporter of Baltimore sports and has a soft spot for turtles, which reflects his calm, steady nature.
