Israel Sanchez is an Account Manager at Akehurst Landscape Service, where his journey is a powerful testament to perseverance, ambition, and the American dream. Born in Mexico with aspirations of becoming an architect, Israel came to the United States 21 years ago with little more than a dream and the determination to succeed. He began his career at Akehurst as a laborer, and through relentless hard work, he rose steadily, first to crew leader, then supervisor, and now serves as a respected Account Manager. But the determination didn’t stop with career accolades. Since moving to the States, Israel has become a U.S. Citizen displaying his unwavering discipline and manifestation of that American Dream.

Israel takes pride in the challenges he’s overcome, especially learning English in a new country while building a thriving career. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he brings a unique versatility to his role, helping him connect effortlessly with clients and teams alike. Israel credits his success to hard work, perseverance, and the freedom and trust his leaders have given him to make decisions and grow.

A proud husband and father of three, Israel enjoys spending quality time with his family especially at the beach. He’s also a devoted F1 racing fan, passionately supporting the Red Bull Racing team. One of his most cherished memories is the time he spent working alongside his father at Akehurst, sharing both labor and legacy.



Now, with his goals aligned, Israel is setting his sights on becoming an Operations Manager, continuing his upward path with the same drive and determination that brought him to where he is today.
