With 18 years of dedicated experience in the landscape industry, Ben Bowser has grown from a laborer to a seasoned leader, currently serving as an Account Manager with his sights set on an operations role. His hands-on journey, from foreman to enhancement manager to account management has given him a deep understanding of every facet of the business, allowing him to deliver exceptional service and leadership.

Ben lives by the philosophy, “You are either growing or wasting time,” a mindset that drives his continuous development and commitment to excellence both personally and professionally. He is also an active member of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), staying engaged with industry best practices and professional growth.

A devoted family man, Ben cherishes his wife Patricia and their four children, balancing his professional ambitions with a rich personal life. An avid sports fan, he enjoys supporting the Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, and Maryland Terrapins basketball teams. When he’s not working or cheering on his teams, he loves spending time camping and hunting, embracing the great outdoors.



Giving back to the community is a core value for Ben. He actively organizes and leads a yearly fundraiser for Autism York, supporting families and individuals affected by autism in the local community. His dedication to this cause reflects the same passion and care he brings to his work and family.
