Amanda Keller, born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, is a dedicated and accomplished Human Resources professional with a passion for people and organizational growth. She holds a master's degree in business administration, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA, which reflects her commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
As the Human Resources Manager, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and compassion to her role. She is known for fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, and driving strategic HR initiatives. In her first year at Akehurst, Amanda was awarded the Support Staff of the Year Award for her commitment to excellent performance and quality within the company.
Amanda is a member of the national SHRM organization and is also a member of the local chapter of SHRM, Greater Baltimore SHRM. As a part of the Greater Baltimore SHRM, she is on the board of one of the chapter’s councils called “HR Department of One.” In this role, she provides insightful information and action plans for other HR professionals to implement in their companies. Her specialty on this board is helping others develop a positive culture within the workplace.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys exploring new places through travel, diving into professional development books, and spending quality time camping with her family. Her well-rounded interests and unwavering dedication make her a valued leader and team member.
