Akehurst Landscape Service will provide personal professional horticultural services to shape things up around your loved one’s home.
Packages include Horticultural Care Services or Gift Tree and Gift bulbs planting packages
Your Secret Gardener will: arrive onsite, assess the needs of the landscape, and get busy shaping up the plants and beds of the home.
Proposed in blocks of time from 2 to 16 man hours, for light touchup to entire yard cleanups, the Secret Gardener will make an immediate impact on the quality of any landscape.

Secret Gardener Services from $150.00
Services to include:
- Pruning, Trimming of Shrubs
- Bed Cleanup – Weeding, Spade Edging, Leaf removals
- Planting (plants and materials not included)
- Porter Services – cleanup and handyman type yard and lawn services
Purchased in blocks of time (see below)
- A-packages for one gardener for 2 or 4 hours onsite (all debris remain onsite for collection)
- B-packages for more intense service needs where 2 workers are needed. 4 & 8 crew hours onsite (includes hauling off up to 1 cubic yard of debris - No HAZmat)
How much time do I need?
A normal home foundation planting with routine maintenance can typically be manicured in about 8 hours. Averaging 2-3 hours per side of home.
Mulch Makeover starting at $275.00
- Up to 4 Cubic Yards of shredded hardwood mulch (brown) blown into your plant bed areas (bed preparation excluded)
- Up to 8 Cubic Yards blown in to your plant bed areas (does not include site preparation)

Naturalizing Yellow Daffodils, installed throughout the yard.
- 50 bulbs

Naturalizing daffodils add a splash of color to your yard and come back every year. These flower bulbs can be planted in a bed area or in groups throughout the lawn area. Cut the grass as normal when the blooms are done in late April.
